How do I schedule my first session?
Please click on the contact me here and I will reach out to you and schedule a time that will work for us to have our first session. At this time prior to meeting, you can ask any administrative questions you might have regarding pricing. After that, sessions will be billed according to the type and length of session.
What if I need a longer session?
I offer “intensive” sessions which are longer in length for individuals, couples and families who are going through a difficult situation and need more time to work through these issues. For more information on “Intensive Sessions” please click here.
What happens in our first session?
The most important thing in the first session whether in person or teletherapy is for us to connect and get to know each other and what some of the issues you are facing may be in your life. In this first meeting, you will also get to know my therapeutic style and how I can help you with gaining clarity, focus and a sense of control in your life. We will work on a plan and goals to help you attain these objectives.
Do you take insurance?
I do not participate in any insurance panels (payment is expected at time of session), but I will assist you with any forms you may want to submit to your insurance company. Payment is made at the start of each session through a private link. A superbill will be provided to you at the end of the month that can be submitted to your insurance, as an out-of-network provider.
